Join us for our third teacher training leadership program! This program is designed to deepen your yoga practice, enhance your life and empower you to live in full self expression. This four month journey into self study, asana, and meditation is based on the Baptiste Methodology. By the completion of this program, each participant will have gained a newly found relationship with leadership, asana, and living your life as a contribution. 
 
We are committed to building a strong foundation for each participant within the seven weekend long intensive trainings. Not only will each graduate walk away with a 200 hour RYT certification in Power Vinyasa Yoga, but also with the confidence to lead. Participants will gain a foundation in the baptiste yoga practices; asana, meditation and self inquiry. The participants  will walk away with the ability to teach an all level yoga practice based on the 11 series, fully rounded, asana sequence: Journey Into Power. You will have an understanding of basic hands on assisting; you will be taught anatomy in connection with true north alignment to connect with the alignment of each pose; and you will be given the tools needed to be a confident yoga teacher and leader in life.
